Dr. Abubaker completed his fellowship at Emory University School of Medicine in 2000. He was chief resident in Internal Medicine at Bridgeport Hospital. William F. Keeton, MD
Dr. Bill Keeton is Board Certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology and the American Board of Pain Medicine. He has over 35 years of experience in pain management.
Dr. Keeton received a BS in chemistry from the University of Mississippi and his MD degree form the University of Mississippi Medical School. He completed his residency in anesthesiology at Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas, Texas. He also trained under his good friend and mentor, Dr. Janet Travell who was President John F. Kennedy’s White House Physician. Dr. Keeton was the founder and director of DeKalb Pain Center at DeKalb Medical Center from 1984 until he joined Pain Consultants of Atlanta in August of 2007.
Dr. Keeton served the US Air Force (USAF) as chief of Anesthesia and chief of Pain Clinic which he established at Westover AFB in Massachusetts and is a frequent lecturer on emerging and state-of-the-art pain management.
Dr. Keeton served as chief of anesthesia at DeKalb Medical for 15 years before devoting his time to pain management full time in 1997.
He is past president of the DeKalb Medical Society and the Greater Atlanta Society of Anesthesiologists.
He currently serves on the Janssen Pharmaceuticals advisory board.
Jefrey D. Lieberman, MD

He currently holds appointments as Chief of Medicine, Dekalb Medical Center Medical, Consultant & National Spokesperson for Arthritis Foundation and Clinical Associate Professor Emory University School of Medicine.

Dr. Querubin is a Board Certified Rheumatologist and completed his Rheumatology fellowship at Emory University School of Medicine. He has a Bachelor of Science degree from the Georgia institute of Technology and attended Medical School at the Medical College of Georgia from 1991-1995. He completed a three year Internal Residency program at the Atlanta Medical Center in 1998. He has been practicing Rheumatology in the Atlanta area since completing his Rheumatology Fellowship in 2000. Hobbies include golf, music, martial arts and spending time with his family.

Maria N. Onuorah, ARNP
Maria is a Nationally Certified Nurse Practioner. She has over 17 years of experience in the areas of Rheumatology, Cardiology, Coronary Intensive Care, Elderly care and Home Health. Maria received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing from Emory University. She lives in Atlanta with her husband and children. She enjoys reading, speed walking, and traveling with her family.
Ginger Spitzer, MMSc., PA-C
Ginger Spitzer PA-C attended Georgia Institute of Technology undergraduate and graduated with a degree in Applied Psychology and a minor in Chemistry. She attended Emory University’s Physician Assistant Program and graduated in 2001 with high honors. She has worked in rheumatology for approximately 4 ½ years with a short stint in orthopedics as well. She published an article titled “Current Approach to the Evaluation and Management of Acute Monoarthritis” March 2003 in the peer reviewed journal, Physician Assistant. She is a mentor and lecturer at the Emory University PA program lecturing on rheumatology and other joint related topics. She is married with one daughter.
